 Back in 2014, we took over at Goodyear Autocare Merimbula, 39 Merimbula Drive with a simple promise: to care for every customer like family. Eleven years later, that promise has grown into something beautiful

 a community of drivers who trust us with their most important journeys. We are now known as Merimbula Auto!

 What started as a vision has become Merimbula's most comprehensive automotive care center. Our team of 8 dedicated professionals doesn't just fix cars; we keep families safe on the road.  Every day, we service many vehicles, and each one tells a story. There's the local Subaru that's been coming to us for regular services for years, the tourist's Hilux that needed emergency help, and the Ford Ranger that required specialised air conditioning work during the summer heat.  We've proven that genuine care builds lasting relationships. 

 From routine services to emergency work, from single tyre replacements to complete automotive overhauls, we approach every job with the same philosophy: your safety comes first. Our TSA accreditation and our history  mean you're getting professional service backed by trusted brands, but it's our local commitment that makes the difference. 

 We know life doesn't always go to plan. That's why we offer flexible payment options including Zip and Afterpay, same-day booking responses, and we even support local businesses for parts sourcing – keeping money in our community while keeping you on the road. 

 We recently celebrated our 10-year milestone in 2024, we're not just looking back at what we've built – we're looking forward to the next decade of serving Merimbula. With plans to expand our team and continue growing our services, we remain committed to that original promise: caring for you like family

We’ve recently received notice of freight and product price increases from a number of our suppliers — particularly across oils, batteries and tyres.
Most of these increases are expected to come into effect from May.
As always, we’ll do our best to absorb what we can, but some of these rises are significant. For example, we’re seeing tyre pricing increasing in May by up to 9% with some suppliers.
If you know you may need tyres in the next few months, we strongly recommend having a chat with our team and locking in your order early to avoid the increases. Pre purchase is available.
Like everyone, we’re keeping a close eye on things — but the reality is, none of us know exactly what’s ahead.
